P-Coats

Have been looking at them since March 2007. And it's finally time to wear these but where to get Pea Coats that seemed to be designed by Hedi Silmane?

Slim, tapered without epaulettes. Black. Medium sized buttons. Lightweight. Not too thick.

Oh, and can I buy the weather along to go with it?
