What?!
When the US reports that a B52 bomber had carried live nuclear missiles onboard and flew across the US "by mistake" and that this was reported to the President after it had happened, it just makes you wonder, "yeah, right....".
Just like it was a "mistake" back in May 7 1999 when a US-led NATO missile found its way into the Chinese Embassy in Belgrade, killing amongst them, a three Chinese nationals.

Actually, this is quite minor compared to previous nuclear weapon accidents where, say, a bomber dropped its weapon accidentally...
I have a book with a nice list of accidents. You will be shocked.
