Pride and Prejudice

Caught the movie on Sunday.

I have never actually read the book. Neither have I caught the supposedly wonderfull BBC series.

But the movie was quite a joy to watch. Does make me want to read the book. I suppose that is good?

Mental note: Matthew MacFadyen who plays Mr Darcy should make a brilliant James Bond. 6 foot tall, black hair, blue eyes. The current Daniel Craig? Gosh, I hope when Casino Royale comes up, he does something to his whole get up. He reminds me of Robert Carlyle as Begbie in Trainspotting. Typical ruffian off the sidewalk. And of all the James Bonds, only Pierce Brosnan and Roger Moore had blue eyes.
