Sir Ian McKellen is here in Singapore to promote King Lear.
When asked in the morning interview what he would like to do during his free time while in Singapore, his reply must have made some people choked on their morning cuppa.

I saw this interview on channelnewsasia, but he didn't make no mention of any bars. Did I miss something ?

Ian has such a lovely mellow voice. Are you actually watching Lear and Seagull this weekend?
The S'pore interviews sound rather sad. Not sure about the CNA one, but the interview on Class95 was disgraceful.
