Anyway, I was writing about sillyporeans helping each other out in times of desperation....I kinda saw certain things today at Toa Payoh which made me disagree with myself.

Lady Grey taste alot better with food. Especially with coriander and deep fried browned shallots.

Watched The Perfect Catch with V this evening. This is actually Fever Pitch 2005. Fever Pitch 1997 was based on Nick Hornby's eponymous novel and The Perfect Catch is the Americanised version cause the hero in the story is not crazy about football (as in soccer, David Beckham, Pele blah blah) but baseball instead. What a wonderful show. Drew Barrymore always looks good in romantic comedies. She's not exactly typecast yet but who knows...but she's not the next Meg Ryan I'm sure. One thing though...since only American teams take part in the World Series, why is it called the World Series?

Says alot about American culture, does it?
