SINGAPORE : The Foreign Affairs Ministry said Wednesday that Singapore "deeply regrets" that North Korea has test launched several missiles.

Singapore urged Pyongyang to cease such provocative actions and return to six-party talks.
The statement came after news that North Korea had fired several missiles overnight, including a long-range Taepodong-2.
The six-party talks refer to US, South Korea, China, Japan, Russia and of course, North Korea.
And in case anybody missed this, Japan had skirmishes with BOTH Koreas today.
