was watching In Good Company. Scarlett Johansson looks good as the girl woman (same for natalie portman/julia stiles/kirsten dunst). Dennis Quaid is as good as he gets. but the thing that really gets me is Teddy K. and his globecom. i draw parallels with the place i work. company rationalisation - it's the brand new legal nazism. lots of management-speak. new dirty word. experience bleeding. How can an organisation that has a shiny shell but empty core hold itself together? Synergy? Synchronise? My ass. Spare me the corporate hubris, buzzwords and rodent jargons. Sometimes all we need is simplicity, honesty and integrity. More Rawlsian equality and equity! More armour for our tanks Mr Donald Rumsfeld? Please! Or will the powers that be leave the "very good questions" for us to answer?
