Singapore and Cuba join hands

There is more to Cuba than Buena Vista Social Club, Castro, Missile Crisis and cigars.

I admire this country because back in the day, they showed the Yanks their middle finger and never looked back. Few countries in South America have the guts.

I never knew they have got vast experience in combating and controlling spread of dengue.
