Camera Obscura at BBBC!

Thanks to the wonderful people at bar baa black chic, Camera Obscura will be staging a leg of their album launch party in Singapore!

I've never heard any of their full albums but damn.....at $26 for the one free drink and their latest album package....bbbc is really spoiling us! Rotten!

Following that, Twee! Hahahaha! I love my weekends!

    Off topic response. What do you think of the upcoming Zouk Out?

    Ferry Corsten? Who else? It looks somewhat lacklustre to me. Maybe, I just don't know the scene anymore.

    Steve Lawler and Jazzy Jeff.Firm favourites for the techy-tribal housey choons and hiphop/northen soul turntablists respectively. I hope Pippi will do a sunrise set. Cuban brothers are a load of fun. Upcoming "superstardjs" like Dekay. Good ole Zouk/Phuture/Velvet reliable residents.

    But I haven't bought my tickets yet and probably won't!

    But I do pity Zouk management. Look at it this way, foreign DJs are featured more often than residents. How do you justify bringing in PvD or Sasha or Armin twice or more a year. Not forgetting MoS is also spending money to bring in the names... case in point, Tiesto was here at MoS this year already.

    Saturation? Not yet (St James could spell t.r.o.u.b.l.e.) but it gets harder to host one off events with a legion of big name djs.
